Entourage Metals (TSX VENTURE:EMT) Commences Phase 1 Drill Program at Rous Lake in Hemlo Region

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 25, 2011) - Entourage Metals Ltd. (TSX VENTURE:EMT) (the "Company) is pleased to announce that the Phase 1 diamond drill program has commenced at its Rous Lake gold property in the Hemlo Region of NW Ontario. This first phase of drilling will be a minimum of 2,000 meters based on geological, geophysical, and geochemical targets. Rous Lake is the third target in the Hemlo region being drill tested by Entourage in 2011.

To define drill targets on this property where glacial overburden extends to depths of up to 100m, Entourage has completed Gravimetric and Soil Gas Hydrocarbon (SGH) Surveys. These surveys collected a total of 467 gravity stations, and 650 SGH samples over a series of traverses covering a strike length of 5 km over the western extension of the deformation zone which hosts Barrick's Hemlo gold deposit.

The interpretation of the gravity results in conjunction with the government airborne magnetics has identified various density contrasts that possibly represent permissive structural breaks that might host gold mineralization. Along these structural breaks excellent SGH anomalies have been identified. This data coupled with previous work in the area has enabled Entourage to prioritize several drill targets.

The Soil Gas Hydrocarbon survey is a deep penetrating geochemical method that involves the analysis of various hydrocarbons using a forensic approach for identification. This relatively new geochemistry method has been shown to accurately identify known mineralization at depth and has contributed to recent discoveries in NW Ontario.

Entourage Metals has an option agreement with Barrick Gold to acquire 100% interest in the Toothpick West and Rous Lake properties located along the mineralized trend of Barrick's Hemlo gold deposit.

The Hemlo Belt Properties are located in the Thunder Bay Mining District in Northern Ontario, approximately 230 km east of Thunder Bay. The property has excellent road access and infrastructure with close proximity to rail, air and power.

The geological understanding of the Hemlo belt and its mineralization has improved in the decades since Hemlo was discovered in 1981. A majority of these targets lie below 500 meters vertical depth; limited historical exploration has been accomplished at these depths.

The Hemlo Deposit has produced over 20.3 million ounces of gold to date (MNDM OFR 6182 and 6246). Compared to other greenstone belts, this area has remained relatively untapped and underexplored. Gold was first discovered in the Hemlo area in 1981, leading to a staking rush and exploration work in the early 1980's. Current producing mines include Barrick's David Bell, Golden Giant, and Williams Mine defining a large 2.5 km continuous body of gold mineralization.

The 2011 exploration program for the Hemlo area properties are under the supervision of John C. Florek, P.Geo, Vice-President Exploration for Entourage Metals; who is a Qualified Person as defined by NI 43-101. Mr. Florek prepared and approved the information contained in this release.
