(TSX-V:GCX) (“Granite Creek” or the "Company") announces that it has received and accepted the resignation of Jennifer Nestoruk as Corporate Secretary, effective immediately. The company thanks Ms. Nestoruk for her contributions to the company and wishes her the best in all future endeavors. The Board of Directors has appointed Timothy Johnson, CEO and Director, as interim Corporate Secretary.
The Company also announces that it has relinquished all interests to its West African projects, including those in Mali and Guinea. The Company is actively seeking new mineral exploration opportunities, primarily in the North American resource sector, and will provide updates as they become available.
