("Xtreme" or the "Company") (TSX:XDC) announce the resignation of Kyle Swingle from the Xtreme Board of Directors. Mr. Swingle is leaving to pursue other opportunities in the industry. The Board of Directors is thankful for Mr. Swingle's service to the Company and will determine in the near future whether Mr. Swingle's board seat will be replaced.
