With more than 20 years of experience in the human resources and training fields, Romeo will report to the Company's Chief Administrative Officer and Corporate Secretary, Jennifer M. Brown, EVP.

In her expanded role, Romeo will facilitate a more strategic approach to hiring and employee engagement, while continuing to direct recruitment and talent development efforts. In the past six months alone, the Company has created 22 new jobs from entry to executive level.

Romeo was most recently Director, Human Resources-Employee Relations and Development HR at WVT Communications Group. She came to that role by serving as HR Manager at Alteva, a provider of cloud-based Unified Communications solutions to businesses acquired by WVT Communications Group in 2011. Romeo has been instrumental in staffing the Company's new and expanded office space in Philadelphia. Prior to Alteva, she worked at Performance Development Group as an HR Manager and in a variety of positions at American Express, including Manager of Global Performance Consulting, and Learning & Development Program Manager.
