CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 30, 2011) - Wilton Resources Inc. (the "Corporation") (TSX VENTURE:WIL.P) is pleased to announce the appointment of Joel Jones as Corporate Secretary of the Corporation.
Mr. Jones is a lawyer with the law firm Borden Ladner Gervais LLP. Mr. Jones received his Juris Doctor from the University of Calgary in 2006 and his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Victoria in 1999.
In connection with the recent appointment of Mr. Jones as the new Corporate Secretary, he has been granted a total of 100,000 stock options at the exercise price of $0.65 each, which are exercisable for a period of five years from the date of grant.
