In view of the data provided by the owners on the habits and the behaviour of their tenants, the APQ paints a portrait of the tenants in the rental residences in Quebec:

If one compares with the study of the rental market of the CMHC (Canadian Mortgage and Housing Corporation) published in mid-June 2012, the rents reflect the market since the CMHC determined an average at 677,00$.
