Mr. Baer has an extensive background in consulting, the telecommunications industry, and BSS/OSS solutions. Andy most recently served as Comcast's CIO for 6 years, where Andy was responsible for developing Comcast's internal IT Strategy including oversight of the company's customer care, billing and ordering systems, data centers, desktops, internal telephony and other corporate systems. Prior to Comcast, Andy served in executive positions at AOL, Verestar, Verizon, and American Management Systems (now CGI Group). Andy holds an MBA from Cornell University and a B.S. in Finance and Economics from the University of Maryland. He resides in Annapolis, MD, with his wife.
