Tango Gold Mines Incorporated Closes Shares for Debt Settlement


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - July 29, 2013) - Tango Gold Mines Incorporated (TSX VENTURE:TGV) (the "Company") announces that pursuant to its news release dated 4 April 2013, the Company has now issued an aggregate of 3,208,453 common shares at a deemed price of $0.13 per share to settle outstanding debt totalling $417,099. The debt settlement shares are subject to a four-month hold period expiring on 27 November 2013.
