SEATTLE, WA--(Marketwire - Sep 5, 2012) - Stratos Product Development LLC today announced its President, Sean MacLeod, will lead a discussion for technology executives at the Frost & Sullivan Growth, Innovation and Leadership conference in San Jose, California on September 11, 2012. MacLeod will present with Ashish Bhargava, Senior Director of Product Development at Cyberonics Inc, a Stratos client.
In a presentation titled "Blink and You'll Miss It: Rethinking Design and Development in Dynamic Customer Environments," MacLeod and Bhargava will discuss strategic design and development practices that address the ever-changing customer landscape. The discussion will include a case history of how Cyberonics is using consumer insights and innovative strategies to create appropriate market solutions.
"Customer environments and their recognized unmet needs are changing rapidly -- these changes are now measured in months instead of years," Sean MacLeod, president, Stratos Product Development said. "This becomes increasingly complex for traditional medical device companies who are offering consumer-driven healthcare products. Furthermore, this trend requires a completely new, agile way of thinking in order to develop and deploy optimal products in any reasonable timeframe. We are pleased to have the opportunity to join Cyberonics in sharing insights on this topic."
This is Stratos' fourth year to provide thought leadership to the Frost & Sullivan Growth Innovation and Leadership community. The annual Silicon Valley summit will take place at the Fairmont San Jose, September 9-12, 2012.
