SMA will be releasing its new service addition, Dealer Sales Assistant, to their sales department on August 1, 2012, which will offer individual microsites for each salesman that will increase search engine optimization for the dealership client, import and categorize phone and e-mail leads received by the dealer through SMA's lead generation software, and track the performance of each salesman for dealership review. This new service also includes one-on-one sales team training for salesmen on the program headed by COO Troy Martoccia and his sales training team. Being registered on the Dealer Sales Assistant platform will provide the general manager with the ability to track each salesperson's progression and determine which advertisements are generating the most leads from potential buyers. In turn, this will allow the salesperson to formulate a more effective marketing plan specified to his or her target market while allowing the general manager to monitor the most effective target results for sales progression.
