Sirona Biochem Announces Stock Options Exercise Price Revision


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Nov. 13, 2012) - Sirona Biochem Corp. (TSX VENTURE:SBM)(PINKSHEETS:SRBCF)(FRANKFURT:ZSB) announced today it has revised the exercise price of incentive stock option grants issued October 11, 2012 and October 18, 2012. The exercise price of these stock option grants has been revised from $0.07 to $0.10 per share.

The exercise price revision, from $0.07 to $0.10 per share, relates to 2,000,000 stock options granted to Neil Belenkie and 400,000 stock options granted to Nigel Terrett in connection with their appointments as Chief Executive Officer and Strategic Advisor, respectively. The original press releases announcing the stock option grants were issued October 11, 2012 and October 18, 2012.
