Sears Expands Use of GT Nexus Globally

Company has signed a multi-year extension agreement with GT Nexus to
automate a range of trade and logistics functions across the Sears global
supply chain. The GT Nexus platform, which is delivered as an "on-demand"
portal combining advanced integration technology and software applications,
will be used for trade and logistics document exchange by Sears, its
vendors and its logistics service providers across the globe. The GT Nexus
platform is already deployed and operational for Kmart vendors and service
providers.
