Laura founded Touch of Style Events with the idea that each event, no matter the cause for celebration, should express her clients' individual passions and unique style. However, she admits weddings require an extra flare and heightened dedication to the bride and groom, as this day should appropriately express their relationship. For this reason, Laura says finding the right wedding planner is essential: "There are so many details to a wedding that can easily be forgotten or missed completely. Ultimately, Laura and Taryn say the right wedding planner will make the bride and groom feel like the focal point of the celebration and allow them to enjoy every moment, which they add is exactly how it should be. When searching for a wedding planner, Taryn says above all, the happy couple needs to make sure they can communicate clearly with their planner, and choose someone that makes them feel like this is the only event they are planning: "Make sure the wedding planner has your best interest at heart and it's not just another wedding to them. Laura and I focus on making the brides feel special throughout the entire process because this is one of those times in life when it's all right for a couple to put their wants first."
