Mobile capabilities for use with devices including iPhone®, iPad® and Android™ among others, expand the 2013 release which includes social media, e-marketing and smart task automation capabilities. - Social Media - Sage ACT! integrates with LinkedIn® and Facebook® to display a collection of each contact's last 25 posts,3 according to their privacy settings, in one centralized view on their Sage ACT! contact record. Users can develop unique insights based on the topics and sentiment of each customer's day-to-day social media interactions to aid them throughout the sales cycle and click any customer's post to display complete social media profiles. Recommended contact match-ups help put faces to names by associating a user's Sage ACT! contacts with LinkedIn Connections and Facebook friends.
- E-marketing - Sage E-marketing for ACT! is a subscription-based cloud service that integrates with a Sage ACT! contact database to create and automate professional email campaigns. Users can track email open, opt-out and click-through metrics to help prioritize sales activities and have drip marketing features automatically send targeted messages to contacts based on responses to previous emails. Social Sharing features expand campaign reach by pushing messages to LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter® and inserting social sharing icons in email footers so recipients can post them to their social networks.
- Workflow Automation - Sage ACT! 2013 also expands Smart Task functionality to help users automate everyday activities like changing a status to Closed-Won once a sales opportunity is fulfilled. Users can apply built-in Smart Tasks out of the box, make customizations or easily create their own.
