RingCentral Appoints Robert J. Lawson as Chief Financial Officer

SAN MATEO, CA--(Marketwire - Mar 14, 2012) - RingCentral, Inc., a leading provider of cloud business phone systems, today announced the appointment of Robert J. Lawson as chief financial officer. Lawson will lead the finance team and will report to RingCentral's CEO, chairman and founder, Vlad Shmunis.

Prior to Codexis, Bob held a number of corporate and business finance roles with Intuit, and prior to Intuit, Bob served for 15 years in various financial management roles at General Electric. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from Iowa State University.
