On  27  June  2012,  Frontier Resources International Plc held its Annual General Meeting  at  the  offices  of
Marriott Harrison, Staple Court, 11 Staple Inn Buildings, London WC1V 7QH.

The  Board  is  pleased  to confirm all resolutions were passed unanimously except for resolution  2,  the  re-
appointment of Joseph Warren as a director of the Company, which was withdrawn after the sad news of his recent
death. The Board will appoint an appropriate new Chairman in due course.
