All  Star  (PLUS: ASMO), the PLUS-quoted natural resource exploration and investment company announces
that at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held yesterday at St Stephen's Club, 34 Queen Anne's
Gate,  London, SW1H 9AB, Resolutions 1,3,4,5 and 6 were all passed and Resolution 2, to  re-elect  Mr.
Shahrukh  Khan as a Director of the Company, was voted against by shareholders and therefore Mr.  Khan
was not re-elected as a Director of the Company.
