Mr. Ron Denoo has been named Global Director - Research & Market Development.
A mechanical engineer by trade, Mr. Denoo has spent his entire career in polymers, including 14 years as Quadrant's Global Market Development Manager. According to Mr. Denoo, "Quadrant doesn't just sell plastic, we really invest in understanding market needs and developing solutions that add real value." In his new role, Mr. Denoo will be responsible for leading Quadrant's global efforts in its rapidly-expanding medical polymers business, specifically its MediTECH® and Life Science Grade (LSG) products. Additionally, departments reporting to Mr. Denoo will include Global Market Development, Global Product Development, Global Cast Technology, FLK Technology and Global Process Technology. His industry tenure has prepared him for the challenges he will face in his new position, and he looks forward to working with Quadrant's tremendous resources to further identify and develop polymer solutions for applications worldwide.
Mrs. Kelly Edwards assumes the position of Director of Human Resources - QEPP Americas.
A dedicated, long term employee, Mrs. Edwards has served Quadrant in a number of key positions within the HR department over the past 27+ years. She has gained a broad base of extensive experience in all aspects of HR Management during her tenure, preparing her well to assume overall responsibilities as a member of the regional Leadership Team. Mrs. Edwards looks forward to her expanded role within Quadrant's Global Human Resources Department.
