Private Placing and Issue of Equity
The Directors of Frontier (PLUS-quoted ticker "FRGP") are pleased to announce that the Company has
completed a private placing raising GBP436,293 through the issue of 5,817,238 new ordinary shares of 1p
each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 7.5 pence per Ordinary Share. The proceeds will be
used towards the costs of the Company's proposed application for admission to the AIM market and for
general working capital purposes.
Mr Michael J. Keyes, CEO of Frontier, subscribed for 666,667 Ordinary Shares in the private placing and now
holds a total of 23,593,671 Ordinary Shares representing 31.26% of the enlarged issued share capital of the
Company.
Following this placing, the Company is aware of the following interests representing 3 per cent or more of
the Company's enlarged issued share capital:
