PDH Signs MOU With Two Hospitals

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Aug. 31, 2011) -

Premier Diagnostic Health Service Inc. ("PDH") (CNSX:PDH) today announced that the Board of Directors approved a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with each of the following hospitals:

• Chong Qing Jiang Ling Hospital, Chong Qing, China
• Jilin Heart Hospital, Changchun, China

In coordination with the company's team in China, Denis Tusar, PDH Chairman, participated in an extensive meeting schedule with both hospitals as part of a recent business trip. "The MOUs reflect the goodwill between PDH and each hospital as well as the commitment to take action on the first phase of these sizable projects," said Denis Tusar.

As per PDH's new business plan, the next step includes defining appropriate requirements for the "Build" stage of a partnership. This stage includes assessment of marketing, operations, accreditation, training, organizational development, and financial management to create and sustain a successful long-term partnership operating diagnostic clinics within hospitals.
