CyStore is an e-commerce portal that streamlines and simplifies the procurement process for Cyan's customers and network administrators, making it even easier to purchase equipment, software, and services from Cyan and third-party suppliers around the world.
CyStore lets customers search for and select from hundreds of products, allowing them to quickly find and order the solutions they require. CyStore integrates Cyan's cloud-based network planning resources and customer relationship management (CRM) systems, allowing customers to receive immediate price quotes that are consistent with their existing contracts. Depending on the customer's purchasing policy, CyStore users can either purchase products directly or generate a purchase request that is automatically routed for approval.
