ATHENS, GA--(Marketwire - Aug 15, 2012) - The National Investment Banking Association (NIBA) today announced that it will showcase emerging industry leaders at its 123rd Investment Conference to be held in New York City on September 12-14, 2012. David Gourevitch, of The Law Office of David Gourevitch P.C., will be featured as the Keynote Luncheon Speaker on Thursday, September 13. The topic will be "Emerging Enforcement Trends Critical to Broker-Dealers, Small-Cap Issuers and Offerings." Mr. Gourevitch stated, "The landscape for securities enforcement is constantly evolving and changing. Staying current on new priorities and developments has never been more important. Mr. Gourevitch is a former prosecutor, SEC enforcement attorney and seasoned trial lawyer. Before entering private practice, he served in the Securities and Exchange Commission's Enforcement Division and in the New York District Attorney's Investigations Division. David frequently speaks to professional groups, including the American Bar Association, the American Conference Institute and the New York County Lawyers' Association, on recent developments in securities enforcement.
