OTTAWA--(Marketwire - Sep 28, 2012) - N-able Technologies®, the global leader in remote monitoring and management (RMM) and service automation software for managed service providers (MSPs) and IT departments, today announced it has promoted two of its top sales executives and plans to expand its efforts around field sales engagement and partner enablement in 2013.
In recognition of N-able's growing success and the success of its partners, the company's channel chief and sales leader Mike Cullen was promoted from vice president to senior vice president of worldwide sales. Simultaneously, Frank Colletti was promoted from director of sales to vice president of sales.
"Both of these gentlemen exemplify superior sales leadership skills, understand the market dynamics and are willing to run through walls to ensure our partners' success," says Gavin Garbutt, CEO, N-able Technologies. "Under Mike's leadership and Frank's directive, N-able's sales team has become one of the IT industry's top-performing and most celebrated sales organizations."
Throughout 2012, N-able's sales team has hosted more than 40 in-market events worldwide, and assisted thousands of MSP partners with initial sales presentations and business-building events and outreach. The unbeatable combination of N-able's sales team, partner development specialists (PDS) and N-central 9.0 platform has resulted in a record-high partner satisfaction rating for the company and a 96 per cent retention rate for maintenance and support renewals.
"N-able is the best in the business," says Paul Boyer, executive director of sales for Ancero, a full-service solution provider and N-able partner headquartered in New Jersey. "We love our relationship because N-able is so progressive and helps us with everything from fine-tuning our professional services and sales processes, to ensuring we provide the best support possible to our customers by giving us the tools, technology and resources to stay on top of market trends. It's great to see Mike and Frank awarded for their achievements and dedication to N-able's partner base."
Earlier this month, Cullen, along with Garbutt and N-able's vice president of marketing Derik Belair, were named to the new "Locked in the NOC" listing from Nine Lives Media, and N-able's President and COO JP Jauvin was once again recognized as one to the top 250 managed services executives in the annual MSPmentor 250 listing.
Additionally, N-able's N-central 9.0 platform recently earned the title of "Most Valuable Product" from Redmond magazine, receiving three perfect 10s and an overall score of 9.6 in a recent in-depth product review. The new platform was also designated "CRN Test Center Approved" in June 2012.
"By keeping focus on ensuring N-able's partners are the IT industry's most successful MSPs, we've set a new standard of sales excellence and introduced an award-winning RMM platform that differentiates us from the competition and gives our partners a clear business advantage," concludes Garbutt. "On behalf of the entire N-able team, I want to extend our congratulations to Mike and Frank."
