PORTAGE LA PRAIRIE, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - Oct. 12, 2012) - Candice Bergen, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Public Safety and Member of Parliament for Portage-Lisgar, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will announce Government of Canada funding to help the homeless or those at risk of homelessness in Portage La Prairie.
