SAINT-PIERRE-JOLYS, MANITOBA--(Marketwire - Aug. 1, 2012) - The Honourable Vic Toews, Regional Minister for Manitoba and Member of Parliament for Provencher, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will announce with the Government of Manitoba the extension of the Canada-Manitoba agreement on Targeted Initiative for Older Workers (TIOW).
