OTTAWA, ONTARIO--(Marketwire - Nov. 9, 2012) - There will be a ceremony of remembrance at the National Military Cemetery on November 11, 2012, at 10:30 a.m. The ceremony will honour all Canadian Forces (CF) members interred at the cemetery, and all of those who have fallen in the service of Canada.
The ceremony will include a marching contingent comprised of CF members, veterans, and Royal Canadian Mounted Police personnel, the firing of a howitzer (artillery gun) to mark the beginning and the end of the two minutes of silence, and the traditional laying of wreaths.

Notes to editor/news director: Media planning to attend should be on site and in place no later than 10:15 a.m. Please enter the grounds from either Beechwood Avenue or St. Laurent Boulevard; once on site, there will be signs to guide traffic to the National Military Cemetery.
