QUÉBEC CITY, QUÉBEC--(Marketwire - Feb. 20, 2013) - In order to inspire young Canadians to build connections with Canada's natural and cultural heritage, Parks Canada implemented several initiatives, including the Youth Ambassadors Program which is currently in its recruiting phase through seminars held by Global Vision.
Parks Canada is looking for two students that have demonstrated leadership, community involvement, creativity and innovation qualities to engage their peers. Their task: to cross the country this summer in order to discover and share the beauty and history of Canada!
Friday February 22, at 2:00 pm in the Fontainebleau / Rambouillet meeting rooms of the Palace Hôtel, Members of the media have an opportunity to attend a presentation by the 2012 Youth Ambassador, Alaïs Nevert from Montreal. Alaïs will present a video to the Seminar's participants showcasing her incredible experience as an Ambassador
These seminars are offered across the country by Global Vision.
