EDMONTON, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 29, 2012) - The Honourable Tim Uppal, Minister of State (Democratic Reform) and Member of Parliament for Edmonton-Sherwood Park, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will announce Government of Canada funding to help the homeless or those at risk of homelessness in Edmonton.
