MONCTON, NEW BRUNSWICK--(Marketwire - Oct. 10, 2012) - Robert Goguen, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister of Justice and Member of Parliament for Moncton-Riverview-Dieppe, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will announce an investment to help people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness.
