Electric vehicle charging demonstration on Earth Day is living proof of environmental solutions and the potential of supportive, sustainable communities


VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwired - April 19, 2013) - Attention News Editors: Media are invited to an Earth Day photo/video opportunity with the Burnaby Society for Community Inclusion (BACI) and Big Green Island Transportation, for the official opening of a new electric vehicle charging station on Earth Day (April 22).

VISUALS: The photo-op will feature a green ribbon cutting, and a local electric vehicle owner will drive up to the charger and charge his new electric car.

Representatives from BACI and Big Green Island Transportation will be on hand to discuss the environmental and community benefits of electric vehicles.
