TABER, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - Nov. 13, 2012) - LaVar Payne, Member of Parliament for Medicine Hat, on behalf of the Honourable Diane Finley, Minister of Human Resources and Skills Development, will announce Government of Canada support to the Taber & District Community Adult Learning Association's Youth Employment Program to assist local youth.
