(NASDAQ: MTSN), a leading supplier of advanced process equipment used to manufacture semiconductors, today announced that it has shipped its first follow-on Helios® XP rapid thermal processing (RTP) system to a major foundry customer. Selected by the customer for its excellent thermal processing performance and low cost of ownership (CoO), the Helios XP will be used in the foundry's most advanced fab for the volume production and development of leading-edge integrated circuits (ICs).
