(TSX:MAR) (the "Company") announces today that it has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.07 per share on its outstanding common shares. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on October 4, 2012 and is an eligible dividend pursuant to subsection 89(14) of the Income Tax Act (Canada).
