GATINEAU, QUEBEC--(Marketwire - March 4, 2013) - Public Works and Government Services Canada wishes to advise motorists of lane closures on the Macdonald-Cartier Bridge on Tuesday, March 5, 2013 from 9:30 a.m. to 2 p.m.

During this period, there will be closures on two southbound lanes towards Ottawa, however, one lane will remain open at all times.

These lane closures are necessary to conduct general repairs on the bridge.

Pedestrians will not be affected by these reductions.

The schedule may change due to weather conditions.

Public Works and Government Services Canada encourages users to exercise caution when travelling in the construction zone and thanks them for their patience.
