SUNNYVALE, CA--(Marketwire - May 4, 2011) - Last night at its Energy Awards celebration, the Silicon Valley/San Jose Business Journal named LUXIM "Best Emerging Cleantech Company." The ceremony was held at the Computer History Museum to recognize dedicated companies and leaders in cleantech and energy conservation in Silicon Valley. LUXIM joined other category winners that included the City of San Jose, Coulomb Technologies, GlassPoint Solar Inc., Google and Hara. The award is the latest for the company and its energy-efficient Light Emitting Plasma [LEP™] technology. Earlier this year, LUXIM was named a top-10 cleantech company by The Wall Street Journal.
