Luminus Devices Adds Distribution Partner Toyota Tsusho

Pact Furthers Presence of PhlatLight® LED Products to Display Manufacturers in Asia and Mexico

BILLERICA, MA--(Marketwire - March 5, 2008) - Luminus Devices, Inc. today announced that it has signed a distribution agreement with Toyota Tsusho America, Inc. (TAI), a wholly owned subsidiary of Toyota Tsusho Corporation, a worldwide trading company of which one of its core businesses is electronics distribution. Under the agreement, TAI will distribute Luminus' PhlatLight® products and provide technical support for Luminus' television and projector customers in China, Taiwan, Korea, and Mexico.
