Kilopass Appoints Mitch Statham Vice President of Worldwide Sales

Statham's 20-Year Record Growing Sales Beyond $100 Million to Propel Kilopass' Continued Sales Momentum


SANTA CLARA, CA--(Marketwire - May 11, 2011) - Kilopass Technology Inc., a leading provider of semiconductor embedded non-volatile memory (eNVM) intellectual property (IP), today appointed Mitch Statham vice president of worldwide sales to spur Kilopass' drive to top-tier IP provider market valuation in the next 24 months. He reports to his new role today.

Mitch Statham joins Kilopass from Lantronix, a publicly held company and leader in secure communications solutions to connect and control equipment via the Internet. At Lantronix, he was the vice president of Americas sales. Prior to Lantronix, Statham has 20 years of sales and sales management success in the semiconductor industry, including SMSC, NEC Electronics, Symbios Logic (now part of LSI Logic), and NCR Microelectronics. In particular, as vice president of worldwide sales at SMSC, Statham grew its revenue from $120 million to $378 million from 2002 to 2009.
