NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - Aug 8, 2012) - KEMP Technologies today announced it has signed a distribution agreement with Interlink Communication Systems Inc. for its line of LoadMaster server load balancers and application delivery controllers. The partnership provides Interlink resellers access to all KEMP products and support services and provides KEMP access to 2,500 VARs, IT solution providers, telcos and ISPs serving businesses with IT design, deployment and support.
KEMP's LoadMaster product line provides Interlink resellers and their end-user customers a broad selection of sophisticated software and high performance devices to economically optimize data throughput, and application performance. Under the arrangement, Interlink will manage channel activities such as sales and marketing, order fulfillment and product shipment. Existing KEMP authorized resellers can now take advantage of Interlink's exceptional sales and marketing support, or choose to continue purchasing directly from KEMP. Interlink has a strong reputation among its partners for providing first-in-class logistical and operational support.
"The LoadMaster family of load balancers and application delivery controllers are an excellent addition to the Interlink product lineup," says Joe Serra, president and COO of Interlink Communication Systems. "Interlink's solution provider and VAR community serves market segments that require high network availability along with the price/performance combination that KEMP brings to the table, making it an ideal fit for us."
"We are very excited about the enormous potential our new partnership with Interlink brings. We spent quite some time on the selection process for a value added distribution partnership. Many of our current resellers pointed us in Interlink's direction. With over 20 years in technology distribution and a national footprint, Interlink extends KEMP's product line to a large pool of qualified VARs and end users," says Tim Quinn, KEMP's director of sales, Americas.
KEMP will soon be issuing an outline of the new program, including the process for purchasing through Interlink. Each authorized KEMP partner will be assigned an Interlink senior account manager and KEMP territory manager. Existing KEMP authorized resellers may continue to work directly with KEMP, with Interlink or through existing relationships.
