HOUSTON, TEXAS--(Marketwire - Dec. 12, 2012) - On December 11, 2012, JVL Advisors, LLC ("JVL") in conjunction with its principal owner, John V. Lovoi, and through funds controlled by one or both of JVL or Mr. Lovoi, acquired an additional 154,300 common shares ("Common Shares") in the capital Epsilon Energy Ltd. ("Epsilon") which increased their aggregate holdings of Epsilon to 5,092,600 Common Shares, representing approximately 10.20% of the issued and outstanding Common Shares.
