NORTH VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(Marketwire - Oct. 2, 2012) - International Millennium Mining Corp. (TSX VENTURE:IMI) (the "Company" or "IMMC") announces that it will extend the exercise dates of 13,200,000 warrants, exercisable at $0.10 per share, from their current expiry dates of November 1, 2012 to May 1, 2013. There has been no change to the warrants' exercise prices. The amendment to the term of the warrants is subject to approval of the TSX Venture Exchange.
The Company also announces that it has granted incentive stock options for the right to purchase up to 100,000 shares of the Company at $0.10 per share, exercisable for one year. The total outstanding stock options granted by the Company at the date of this news release is 3,745,000.
