Intergraph® Announces the 2010 CADworx® University User Competition Winners and Extends Early-Bird Registration Discounts Until August 31
HOUSTON, TX--(Marketwire - August 12, 2010) - Intergraph has announced three first place winners of the 2010 CADWorx University Drivers of Success competition, with prizes awarded to firms demonstrating exceptional results using the Intergraph CADWorx Plant Design Suite. Fichtner Consulting, Mumbai, India, won for a steel mill expansion design and engineering project in West Bengal; Mech-Tech Projects, headquartered in India, won for a pulp and paper factory expansion project in Spain; and KBR, Russia, won for the design and engineering of an oil treatment facility at the Kharyaga field in northwestern Russia.
Intergraph has also extended early-bird registration discounts for 2010 CADWorx University until August 31, 2010. Those registering during this period receive a $200 discount while conference alumni receive an additional discount for registering early.
Scheduled for September 27-29 in Houston, Texas, CADWorx University is a unique plant design and engineering conference that imparts best-in-industry knowledge to its attendees and increased value to the companies they represent. Keynote speakers will include Patrick Holcomb, executive vice president of Intergraph's PPM division, and Thomas J. Van Laan, senior vice president, CADWorx & Analysis Solutions, Intergraph PPM.
