Ragineni has 20 years of technology and management experience focused on extensive Technical Operations with large-scale software as a service (SaaS) platforms. Most recently, he was Sr. Director, OnDemand Operations at SAP's Cloud division. In this role, he was the head of SAP's U.S. Cloud Technical Operations. He successfully built the Technical Operations from scratch for Business Intelligence, Collaboration Solutions as a SaaS and OnDemand platform, focused for enterprise markets. In addition, Ragineni managed the Information Security and Compliance Team, driving successful SAS 70/ISO 27001 audits and ensuring security and technology implementations are in compliance with industry requirements. Prior to that, Ragineni was a Director of Operations at Yousendit, the trusted global leader in digital content delivery. Prior to Yousendit, he was a Director at ILOG, Inc. (an IBM Company) running global Information Technology.
