Following  a  review of the Company's Shareholder base by the Board, the Company has  today  been
notified  that  on 10 April 2012, Black Bull Investments Ltd acquired shares in Etaireia  and  now
holds a total of 20,600,000 ordinary shares, representing 16.3% of the issued share capital of the
Company.

The Company has also been notified today that on 23 February 2012, Mr G Morgan acquired shares  in
Etaireia and now holds a total of 9,400,000 shares representing 7.44% of the issued share  capital
of  the  Company.  On the same day, Mrs J Griffin acquired 10,600,000 shares on  the  representing
8.39% of Etaireia.

Philip Cook and Sharon Preece no longer hold a disclosable stake in the Company.
