The Company announces that it was notified that that Earl Falconer acquired shares in Etaireia  on
24th  July  2012  and now holds a total of 7,500,000 ordinary shares, representing  5.94%  of  the
issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also notified that Norman Hassan acquired shares in Etaireia on 24th July 2012 and
now  holds  a  total of 7,500,000 shares, representing 5.94% of the issued share  capital  of  the
Company.

The Directors of the Company accept responsibility for this announcement.
