Mr. Skidmore has been with Harte-Hanks since it purchased his company in 1994, and he has served as President, Direct Marketing, since 2007.
Mr. Skidmore commented, "Harte-Hanks is an amazing company, where -- together with the business I founded -- I have spent more than half my life. Leaving will be very difficult.
