SAN DIEGO, CA--(Marketwire - Oct 23, 2012) - Handal & Associates has filed three complaints against alleged infringers of e.Digital Corporation's (OTCQB: EDIG) Flash-R Portfolio™.
As of this release, three new actions have been filed against Yamaha Corp. (YAMCY); Yamaha Corporation of America; Diasonic Technology Co., Ltd; Korg, Inc.; and Korg USA, Inc. who are alleged to make products that infringe e.Digital Corporation's patents. Also named in the suits are several defendant distributors of infringing products, including Guitar Center, Inc.; Best Buy Co., Inc.; Best Buy Stores, L.P.; Best Buy.Com LLC; Sam Ash Music Corporation; J & R Electronics Inc.; Sweetwater Sound, Inc.; Kraft Music, Ltd.; and Sec Tech Enterprises, LLC.
