Meeting will be held on December 13, 2012. The record date for voting at
the Annual Meeting is set to October 18, 2012. The notice, agenda and

The Partnership initially called its 2012 Annual Meeting to be held on
September 21, 2012 but this meeting was not held due to the failure to
achieve a quorum.
