OXFORD, CT--(Marketwire - Jul 16, 2012) - Go Green Global Technologies Corp. (PINKSHEETS: GOGR), an early-stage clean technology company focused on developing and marketing innovative solutions to environmental issues in the water and fuel markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Geoffrey (Geoff) Grzywinski as President and Chief Operating Officer.
Mr. Grzywinski will assume broad responsibility for continuing to build the organization needed to commercialize Go Green's existing product line, generating sustainable revenues from operations, interfacing with the investment community and ultimately creating value for Go Green's shareholders.
In his new role, Mr. Grzywinski will report to Mr. John D'Alessandro, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors. Mr. Grzywinski will also serve on Go Green's Board of Directors.
Mr. Edward Minnema has resigned as President of Go Green but will stay on as Secretary/Treasurer and continue to serve as a member of the Board of Directors. The Board has accepted Mr. Minnema's resignation and thank him for playing a key role in assisting in the successful completion of Go Green's merger. Mr. Minnema said, "I am extremely pleased by the appointment of Geoff Grzywinski as President, COO and Director, he is an excellent addition to the Go Green team."

Geoff brings 18 years of diverse and valuable experience from the technology manufacturing industry, including marketing and product strategy, financial analysis and valuation, strategic planning, operations management, new business development, information technology leadership, and merger and acquisitions experience.

Prior to joining the company on July 12, 2012, Mr. Grzywinski was an employee-owner of Reflexite Corporation in Avon, Connecticut from January 1994 to December 2011. Reflexite Corporation (now a wholly-owned subsidiary of Orafol GmbH) is a supplier of micro-structured optical films and components for increasing visibility, reducing energy demand, and generation of renewable energy resources. He most recently held the position of Director of Information Technology from 2009 through 2011, and held various other previous positions in product development engineering, marketing management, project management, and production management during his 18-year career. Mr. Grzywinski received a B.S. Degree in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1992, a M.S. Degree in Materials Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1993, and a M.S Degree in Management (with a marketing concentration) from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in 1999.
