These newest additions to the Responsys product and marketing leadership team bring the track record and deep industry expertise needed to further the company's industry-changing product innovation and market leadership in the cross-channel marketing software category.

Krause brings over fifteen years of executive level experience in product management and design to Responsys. He was Co-Founder and CTO of Personify, a pioneering Internet marketing analytics and personalization company. Later, he was Co-Founder and CEO of ExactChoice, which developed Web-based applications for complex product-data analytics and merchandising on the Web and was acquired by CNET in 2004. At CNET, he co-founded and led the Intelligent Cross-Sell group, which had four of the top ten Internet Retailer 500 sites among its customers. Krause reports to Antonio Casacuberta, Chief Product Officer at Responsys.

Most recently, Christensen was the Senior Director of Product Marketing and Management at Zuora, where he led all product marketing and management responsibilities for its flagship Z-Billing and Z-Payments applications. Prior to Zuora, Christensen launched and ran product marketing for several Salesforce.com product lines, including the Service Cloud and Data.com. Christensen reports to Scott Olrich, Chief Marketing and Sales Officer at Responsys.
