It is with pleasure that Alvopetro Inc. also announces the addition of Mr. Roderick L. Fraser to its Board of Directors effective February 22, 2013. Mr. Fraser has over 34 years of oil and gas banking and industry experience with an emphasis on the E&P and Services sectors. Mr. Fraser's banking experience includes stints at Standard Bank of South Africa as Managing Director responsible for the Bank's oil and gas activities globally, MD and Head of Oil & Gas for the Americas at WestLB and MD and Head of Oil & Gas for Latin America at JP Morgan Chase. Prior to the financial services sector, Mr. Fraser worked in the industry. He was Vice President of Operations and a member of the Board of Fuel Resources, Inc., a subsidiary of The Brooklyn Union Gas Company and held various technical and management positions with Amoco Canada and Esso Resources Canada.
